1. Equipment Condition & Surplus Disclaimer

• Surplus & Obsolete Hardware: We supply new, surplus, pre-owned, and hard-to-find industrial automation hardware (PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and modules).
• Part Verification: Unless marked "Factory Sealed," items are surplus stock. Buyers are responsible for verifying part numbers, firmware versions, and system compatibility prior to purchase.

2. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are listed in INR (exclusive of applicable taxes like GST and shipping charges unless specified otherwise).
• Orders are subject to stock availability and payment confirmation before dispatch.

3. Shipping & Transit Risk

• Orders are shipped from our facility in Bhavnagar, Gujarat via trusted courier partners (FedEx, DTDC, DHL, etc.).
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery of goods to the shipping carrier.

4. Inspection & Returns

• Inspection Window: Any physical damage, short shipments, or Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) claims must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
• Returns: All returns require prior approval (RMA). Products must be returned uninstalled with tamper-evident seals intact.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Divine Impex / plchub.in is not liable for indirect damages, plant downtime, production delays, or improper installation of supplied hardware.

6. Jurisdiction

• All transactions and disputes are governed under Indian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India.
