At plchub.in (operated by PLC HUB), we recognize that industrial automation components, PLCs, VFDs, and control hardware are critical to keeping plant operations running without downtime. We are committed to fast, reliable, and secure packaging and dispatch from our central facility in Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

• In-Stock Surplus & Ready Hardware: Orders for items confirmed in stock are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays) following payment verification.

• Special Order / Procured Hardware: Items requiring specialized testing, firmware checks, or non-stock procurement will have their dispatch timeline explicitly communicated in your quotation or proforma invoice.

• Same-Day Dispatch: For urgent breakdowns, same-day dispatch is available for select orders placed and paid before 1:00 PM IST. Please contact us directly via phone to request priority dispatch.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

We ship to industrial hubs, manufacturing units, and addresses across all states and Union Territories in India.

• Logistics Partners: We partner with leading express couriers including DTDC, FedEx India, Blue Dart, Professional Couriers, and reliable surface transport networks for heavy shipments (VFD panels, heavy transformers, large servo drives).

• Delivery Estimates:

  • Express Air Shipping: 1–3 business days for major metropolitan areas and tier-1 industrial hubs.

  • Standard / Surface Shipping: 3–7 business days depending on destination distance and shipment weight.

• Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or included in your formal invoice based on package weight, volumetric dimensions, destination pincode, and chosen delivery speed.

3. International Shipping

We export surplus industrial automation hardware worldwide to support international engineering clients and plant operations.

• International Logistics Partners: International shipments are handled via FedEx Express, DHL Express, UPS, or customer-designated freight forwarders.

• Customs, Duties & Taxes:

  • International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • The buyer/consignee is solely responsible for paying all local customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, and regional fees levied by the destination country's customs authority.

• GST & Export Documentation: Orders exported under GST exemptions (such as Letter of Undertaking / LUT) will include all necessary commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping bills in compliance with Indian export laws.

4. Tracking & Delivery Notifications

• Once your order is dispatched from our Bhavnagar warehouse, a shipping confirmation email containing your shipment tracking number, carrier link, and tax invoice will be sent to your registered email address.

• Buyers can track their package directly via the carrier's online tracking system.

5. Packaging Standards

• Industrial automation components are sensitive to electrostatic discharge (ESD) and physical impact.

• All items—including sensitive CPU modules, analog cards, communication modules, and touchscreens—are individually packaged in anti-static bags, heavy-duty bubble wrap, and rigid corrugated boxes or wooden crates for heavy equipment to ensure maximum protection during transit.

6. Insurance & Risk of Loss

• Transfer of Risk: Title and risk of loss for all items pass to the buyer upon handoff to the shipping carrier at our facility.

• Transit Insurance: Standard shipping does not include transit insurance unless explicitly added. Transit insurance is available upon request for high-value orders; please notify our team prior to payment if you require insured shipping.

7. Damaged Shipments & Delivery Issues

• Inspecting Packages: Please inspect the exterior packaging prior to signing the delivery receipt. If the outer carton shows visible damage or tampering, ask the courier agent to note "Damaged Outer Box" on the delivery receipt before signing, or refuse the package.

• Reporting Damage: Any damage sustained during transit must be reported to plchub.in within 48 hours of delivery alongside photos of the box, packaging material, and damaged hardware.
